Orders placed before 21:00 will be shipped the same day on working days. In practice, you will receive your order within 1 to 3 days.

You can track your order with the track-and-trace code that you receive by email. If PostNL indicates that the shipment has not yet been received, check the status again on the next working day.

First check with your neighbors if they have accepted your package. With the track-and-trace function of PostNL you can often see where it has been delivered. If it is not with the neighbors, wait one business day. Sometimes an order is still delivered a business day later.

We have chosen PostNL, the largest parcel delivery company in the Netherlands.

Yes, you are always entitled to a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order. Send an email to support@herbolist.com to register your return. Returning by post is at your own expense, and the product must be unopened.

We are so sorry to hear that your products arrived damaged. Please email support@herbolist.com with a photo of the damage and your order number so we can fix this as soon as possible!

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase amount will then be refunded within 2-3 business days via the payment method you have chosen.
